Hello Melanin people! My name is Misha’Le (mish-shell-lay), thank you for visiting Melasknn Esthetics LLC, “EVERYONE’S Pigment Within” where I’m here to provide you with your luxury skin care needs! Melasknn is a safe place where you can be your authentic self while unwinding and relaxing. Please be sure to read the information thoroughly! I do require a NON-REFUNABLE deposit on all service. All deposits will go towards selected service. Remaining payment is due at the beginning of the appointment. Once deposit is received, appointment will be approved. Please allow at least 24 hours for me to respond to any messages. Appointments are an agreement to reserve a portion of available office time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out appropriate paperwork. Melasknn cannot guarantee full service time for late arrivals, and you will be responsible for the full amount of your session. There is a 10 minute grace period. After the grace period, there is a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes the appointment is cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that you contact 260-297-0446 before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Once it is within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit then will be forfeited. DO NOT email or contact on social media, as it WILL NOT be considered a valid form of contact. For safety and sanitation, NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS. Additional guests will be asked to wait in car or outside the office. There are NO REFUNDS on services or retail. The longer the better! However, I will still wax if you are 2-3 weeks from shaving! YOU WILL NOT HAVE 100% smooth results. It take 3-4 hair cycles for your hair to sync together. DO NOT SHAVE IN BETWEEN WAXING. Stop exfoliating 2-3 days before your appointment. You can continue to moisturize the day of your appointment. I would recommend wearing loose-fitting clothes to your appointment, especially for service in the bikini area. Arrive to your appointment freshly showered. Do not apply self-tanner, or any abrasive body or facial scrubs. Waxing on your period is 100% safe and acceptable here at Melasknn Esthetics. Please wear a fresh tampon or diva cup! It is fine if you do not feel comfortable getting a wax, please follow the cancellation guidelines! Certain products and medications can prevent me from providing hair removal services. These products include but are not limited to Accutane, Retin-A, Glycolic Acid, Alpha Hydroxyl Acid, Taxorac Avage, Differin, Strivectin, Renova, Proactiv, Avita, Benzoyl Peroxide and Salicylic. If you are scheduling for a MASSAGE , please come freshly showered! Wearing your underwear is 100% optional. All clients MUST BE DRAPED the entire appointment. If you are scheduling for COSMETIC TEETH WHITENING, please try to eat before you come. Also, if you’re a smoker, PLEASE do not smoke before your appointment. This will cause you to have a dry mouth throughout your time spent at Melasknn. Please be mindful, you will have your mouth opened for at least two hours. Depending on your hygiene, desire results can take up to 4 sessions. You should be able to see results first session, however I do ALWAYS recommend at least four sessions.
